Previously, the hydraulic system of the SHANPU SY215 excavator was composed of multiple components, which often malfunctioned, causing severe shaking when the arm was moving. During pond dredging, the tracks were submerged in muddy water all day. Previously, the track rollers needed replacement every three months. The biggest concern is that parts replacement delays the schedule. This time, we replaced the hydraulic pump and track chain of the Caterpillar 320D.
