Optimized for Light & Medium Dozers Unlike standard single-grouser shoes that dig deep, our Swamp Shoes for the D3C and D5B utilize a high-offset "Apex" design. This geometry distributes the machine's weight over a wider surface area, drastically reducing ground pressure (psi). This allows your smaller dozer to "float" over mud rather than sinking and getting stuck.
Built Tougher Than Standard Even for smaller dozers, durability is non-negotiable. We manufacture these shoes using Hot Rolled Special Profile Steel (not cast iron). The steel undergoes precise heat treatment to achieve a core hardness that resists wear, while maintaining enough ductility to resist cracking under shock loads.

Before production or shipping, we will ask you to measure two key dimensions: the Bolt Hole Diameter and the Bolt Hole Center-to-Center distance. We match these against our technical drawings to ensure a 100% fit for your specific serial number."
Solution :"It depends on your machine's frame clearance. Swamp shoes are significantly wider than standard shoes. You must ensure there is enough clearance between the track shoe and the machine body/frame. If you are converting a standard machine, please double-check your undercarriage width limits. We can provide the exact offset dimensions to help you measure."
Solution :"Yes, our swamp shoes can be manufactured with or without a central mud hole (clean-out hole) depending on your request. The triangular profile is naturally self-cleaning, but for extremely sticky clay, we recommend adding the mud hole option to prevent packing."
Solution :"Yes, we support partial replacements. However, we recommend replacing shoes in groups to maintain balanced wear on the track chain. Also, shipping LCL (less than container load) for heavy steel parts can be expensive per unit. Let us quote you for 5 pieces versus a larger quantity so you can compare the landed cost."
