Roller Track Excavator – Heavy-Duty Undercarriage Systems for Maximum Durability & Performance

Roller Track Excavator – Heavy-Duty Undercarriage Systems for Maximum Durability & Performance

Our roller track excavators can provide performance that exceeds use by extreme wear and damage by tough conditions creating a Dual-Performance roller and track. The hardened steel rollers and our reinforcing strengthened alloy track links handle acute and severe abrasion and still offer reduced wear and overall lower friction and vibration. As a result, these improvements offer better stability and traction, greater fuel economy, longer life of your undercarriage on severe service or dirt moving jobs.

Advantage of Roller Track Excavator

Industry-Leading Load Distribution to Maximize Stability

Industry-Leading Load Distribution to Maximize Stability Our track roller excavator equipment comes with a new-generation weight-distribution technology that assists in significantly improving machine stability on uneven terrain. Multi-roll design loads work around the entire undercarriage to avoid excess wear but deliver maximum stability during complex digging and lifting operations.

Sheer Military-Grade Toughness for the Hardest Conditions

Our roller tracks are built from three-sealed bearings and forged alloy steel components, so they can withstand the toughest job site environments. Hard steel rollers and reinforced track links resist deflection at heavy loads for 35% longer life than the standard undercarriage systems on abrasive demolition and mining jobs.

Low-Friction Operation for Maximum Fuel Efficiency

Accuracy-machined roller system incorporates self-lubricating bushings and alignment technology to minimize rolling resistance. The design minimizes drivetrain power loss, delivering up to 12% better fuel economy and less heat buildup causing component wear.

Intelligent Design for Less Downtime

With our own proprietary fast-access inspection ports and plug-in replacement parts, the roller track system enables quicker maintenance without total disassembly. Corrosion-proof coatings and integral wear indicators enable maintenance planning ahead, lengthening your equipment's running time between maintenance.

Roller Track Excavator Systems – Engineered for Unmatched Mobility Across Every Terrain

Urban Construction & Infrastructure Projects
Roller track excavators provide the best balance of stability and maneuverability for tight urban jobsites. Our advanced undercarriage systems enable precision maneuvering around established foundations with heavy loads for foundation construction, utility line placement, and road construction. The smooth-rolling action minimizes ground disturbance, making them particularly suited to work near sensitive infrastructure where surface protection is critical.

Mining & Quarry Operations
Built to conquer the most aggressive environments, our heavy-duty roller track systems operate in open-pit mines and aggregate operations. Hardened steel rolls and heavy-duty track links withstand constant rock impact while delivering traction on steep grades. This durability translates to non-stop production through overburden removal, ore extraction, and loading cycles where downtime is calculated in thousands of dollars per hour.

Demolition & Disaster Recovery
When crossing uneven debris and rubble fields, our demolition-grade roller tracks provide better load distribution and shock absorption. Sealed roller bearings prevent concrete dust and rebar debris from entering the bearings for reliable operation in building demolitions, earthquake cleanup, and hazardous job sites where surfaces are questionable.

Wetland & Environmental Projects
Our low-ground-pressure roller track designs excel in environmentally delicate habitats like marshlands and riverbanks. The wide track configuration distributes weight to reduce soil compaction while conducting dredging, levee repair, and habitat restoration projects. Internal mechanisms are protected from water and corrosive elements in these severe wet environments through specially configured seals.

Arctic & Extreme Cold Applications
Our cold-weather roller track systems are engineered for the Arctic environment and feature Arctic-grade steels that resist brittleness and special lubricants that flow at -50°F. The systems are essential for ice road maintenance, northern mine operations, and oil field applications where standard components would freeze up.

FAQ

What are the advantages of roller track systems over conventional excavator undercarriages?

Our heavy-duty link connections include forged alloy steel with 40% harder hardness than standard links, and strengthened bushings with resistance to high-impact shocks. Standard links will be adequate for normal construction, but heavy-duty are required in rock penetration mining, quarry, and demolition uses as well as for high-impact loading. The better design provides 50% longer life under harsh environments, ultimately saving the cost of replacement.
We recommend inspection every 250 hours of operation that will include guys rolling rubbers, and pin and bushing wear of dirt links in back is making contact with something. Our roller tracks have indicators of progress wear that yours do probably (that visually you can inspect [track and bushing track strap}) that will allow you to easy check maintenance--of course you repalcing when depth of groove reach 50%. In harsh applications (mining, terrain) we recommend increasing inspection periods to 150 hours to avoid downtime from sub-par depth of shape on rubber when they where actually out.
Yes! Our roller track kits will fit the majority of the top excavator brands and models, including older machines over 10 years old. Our systems are carefully matched to the weight class and application requirements of your equipment. Retrofitting improves machine stability and reduces undercarriage wear, and the payback typically comes through increased component life and reduced maintenance costs in 12-18 months.
Under normal conditions, our heavy-duty roller tracks last 4,000-5,000 hours—roughly twice as long as standard systems. Under harsh conditions, average life is 2,500-3,500 hours. Specialized models are offered for specific applications: mining-grade rollers with hardened steel cores, swamp tracks with widened contact surfaces, and Arctic models with cold-resistance metals and lubricants for sub-zero applications.

Game-Changing Stability on Rocky Terrain!

Our mining operation was replacing normal rollers every 800 hours prior to switching to these heavy-duty roller tracks. At 2,500 hours in the quarry, they're doing a great job with minimal wear. Hardened steel construction stands up to repeated rock strikes that used to destroy our undercarriage. Maintenance cost is down 45% this year.

Unstoppable in Wetland Conditions

The swamp-specific roller tracks have revolutionized our dredging projects. The larger contact surface won't settle in mud, and marine-grade seals keep water and silt out. After 14 months of exposure to brackish water, they show no corrosion where previous systems were submerged in half the time.

Arctic-Proof Performance That Delivers

These cold-weather roller tracks solved our -40°F operating problems. The unique alloy combination prevents brittleness, and the Arctic lubrication system gives smooth rotation even in extremely low temperatures. First ever to complete a complete Yukon winter without undercarriage failure!

Demolition Tough - Outlasts the Competition

In our demo business, we typically tear out undercarriage components monthly. These roller tracks are industrial grade and have withstood 8 months of concrete rubble and rebar impacts. Flange reinforced design is nearly indestructible - every penny of saved downtime worth it.
