How to choose the right type of hydraulic cylinder?

Before installation, it is necessary to clean the oil stain and impurities at the connection part and check whether the piston rod is damaged by collision; ensure that the installation axis is consistent with the load direction to avoid bending of the cylinder barrel due to eccentric stress; tighten the fastening bolts according to the specified torque (usually 30-50 N ・ m) and install anti-loosening gaskets; exhaust the air in the cylinder before the first use to prevent jamming during operation.
If there is oil leakage at the piston rod, it is mostly due to the wear of the seal, and it is necessary to replace the imported polyurethane seal of the same type. If there is oil leakage at the connection between the cylinder barrel and the end cover, it may be due to the aging of the O-ring or the loosening of the bolt.
