Motor Failure to Start

1.Power failure, such as a power outage, broken power cord, or loose plug.

1.Check the power supply, repair the circuit, plug in properly, or wait for a power call.

2.Motor failure, such as burned motor windings or damaged motor bearings.

2.Repair or replace the motor.

3.Control circuit failure, such as a damaged switch, faulty contactor, or blown fuse.

3.Check the control circuit and replace any damaged switches, contactors, or fuses.

Insufficient Pressure

1.Insufficient hydraulic oil.

1.Refill hydraulic oil to the normal level.

2.Oil pump failure, such as oil pump wear or poor oil suction.

2.Repair or replace the oil pump.

3.Relief valve failure, such as the relief valve regulating too low or the relief valve spool being stuck.

3.Adjust the relief valve pressure or clean the relief valve spool.

4.Oil line leakage.

4.Check the oil pipes and repair any leaks.

Cylinder actuation is slow or non-existent.

1. Hydraulic oil viscosity is too high.

1. Replace hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity.

2. Air is trapped in the system.

2. Bleed the system.

3. Solenoid reversing valve malfunction, such as a stuck spool or damaged solenoid.

3. Repair or replace the solenoid reversing valve.

4. Cylinder seals are damaged, causing internal leakage.

4. Replace the cylinder seals.
