GT supplies undercarriage parts for road milling machines, also known as cold planers. These machines work under heavy loads when removing asphalt and worn road surfaces. Their crawler systems are exposed to abrasive materials, vibration and continuous movement, making regular inspection and replacement of worn parts essential.
We supply selected undercarriage components for road milling equipment, serving spare parts distributors, equipment maintenance companies and aftermarket buyers.
Our product range covers common crawler system components, including:
Track Rollers – Support the machine and guide the track chain along the crawler frame.
Track Chains – Transfer driving force and keep the crawler system moving.
Track Pads – Provide ground contact and traction during milling operations.
Drive Sprockets – Engage with the track chain to drive the machine.
Front Idlers – Guide the track chain and help maintain proper alignment.
Chain Slide Bars – Reduce friction between the track chain and crawler frame on applicable machines.
Track Tensioner Components – Help maintain correct track tension.
Part design and installation vary between machine models. We check the actual application before confirming a replacement part.

We can review undercarriage parts requirements for selected models from the following equipment manufacturers.
Wirtgen: W 35 Ri, W 50 Ri, W 100 Fi, W 120 Fi, W 130 Fi, W 150 Fi, W 200, W 200 Fi, W 210 Fi and W 220 Fi.
Caterpillar: PM200 and PM620 series.
Other manufacturers: Selected road milling machines from BOMAG, XCMG and other road construction equipment brands.
These are examples of machines for parts inquiries. Not every component listed on this page fits every model. Please provide the machine model, serial number or original part number so we can check compatibility.

Undercarriage wear depends on working hours, ground conditions, machine weight and maintenance practices. Worn track chains can affect engagement with the drive sprocket, while damaged rollers or idlers may cause uneven wear and tracking problems.
When replacing parts, it is worth checking the surrounding components as well. Installing a new sprocket with a badly worn chain, for example, may lead to premature wear of the new part.
GT can review part numbers, drawings, dimensions and sample components to help identify suitable replacement parts for maintenance and aftermarket supply.
We work with customers looking for replacement parts for road construction equipment. Depending on the product, inquiries can be handled using original part numbers, technical drawings or physical samples.
For repeat orders and distributor requirements, we can also discuss specifications, quantities and manufacturing requirements before production.
