Time: 2026-04-14

The Morooka undercarriage is designed with a focus on structural strength, durability, and ease of maintenance for demanding operating environments.

The chassis structure is reinforced to withstand high loads and repeated impact during operation on uneven ground, mud, gravel, and rocky surfaces. This rigid construction improves stability and reduces stress on the undercarriage components during continuous use.

The drive sprocket is divided into four separate segments. This segmented design allows individual sections to be removed during maintenance. As a result, the rubber track can be replaced without removing the complete track assembly, reducing service time and simplifying maintenance procedures.

Morooka machines are also equipped with thick rubber tracks featuring deep tread lugs. The deeper lug pattern improves traction on a wide range of ground conditions while supporting heavy loads more effectively. The increased track thickness also contributes to longer service life and improved resistance to wear and damage.

By combining a reinforced undercarriage frame, segmented sprocket design, and heavy-duty rubber tracks, the Morooka undercarriage delivers reliable performance, reduced maintenance requirements, and long-term durability in demanding applications.
