Track Press machine Assembly and disassembly Operation Pay attention :
1.We must fill antifriction oil into the oil tank before start the operation
2.Please inspect the motor is under the corotation condition (please check the motor corotation mark)
3.Up and down board has been already tuned, please don’t adjust casually
4.When assembling the track link section, please adjust the mold according to the link pitch
5.When disassembling the tracking link, please fit the disassembly head in one side of the cylinder,and use the guard to ward off the track link in other side of the cylinder .

Daily Maintenance
1. After each day's work, clean the chain press machine from oil, dust, and debris to keep the machine clean. Wipe the machine body, workbench, control panel, and other parts with a clean cloth.
2. Check all bolts and nuts at all connections for looseness. Tighten any looseness immediately. Focus on the connections between the main unit and workbench, the cylinder and oil pipe, and the mold and workbench.
3. Inspect the hydraulic system hoses for damage, aging, or leakage. Replace any problems immediately. Also, check the hose joints for tightness. Tighten any looseness immediately.
4. Check the oil level in the tank for the correct level. If the level is too low, refill the hydraulic oil immediately. The oil level should be checked after the machine is shut down and the oil has cooled to ensure accurate measurements.
5. Check the motor and oil pump for normal operating sounds and any abnormal vibration or heat. If any abnormalities are detected, immediately shut down the machine for inspection and troubleshooting.
