After the use of 3 sets of OEM top rollers in our iron ore operation, these have survived 11 months and continuing strong. The hardened steel flanges exhibit little or no wear from repetitive side loading. The 5-layer seals exclude the fine ore dust that would otherwise ruin bearings. Our maintenance team is thrilled at the reduced downtime.
We feed premium rollers through hell in our demo uses - these soak up concrete impacts and rebar clogs that would destroy standard rollers. Reinforced flange design is genius. 6 months in and they're rolling freely after a day's pounding. Best thing we ever bought for our 50-ton excavator.
The difference in productivity in our quarry is measurable - these premium rollers reduce our track resistance by a minimum of 20%. Accuracy balancing removes the vibration that previously caused bolts to come loose on our 40-ton machine. In 8 months of granite processing, they've lasted 3-to-1 longer than our previous rollers.

Only gave 4 stars because they're just a tad tighter than OEM when new, but that's probably why they last longer on our earthmoving equipment.
