Most of our gears use 20CrMnTi low-carbon alloy steel with carburizing heat treatment, balancing cost with performance. For high-load applications—such as swing bearings and heavy excavators—we apply premium 18CrNiMo steels, known for superior toughness and yield strength. Ring gears are produced using 40Cr for optimal wear resistance.
Precision is a defining factor in gear performance. While automotive gears typically fall in Grades 4–6 and aviation gears in Grades 1–3, engineering machinery commonly targets Grades 7–9. Through gear grinding, advanced machining, and strict quality control, we achieve Grade 5–7, reducing gearbox noise and enhancing service life.
Our engineering capabilities include barrel-shaped (crowned) tooth profiles, tapered vertical shafts, and fully ground end faces for improved parallelism and aesthetics. Surface sandblasting provides anti-corrosion protection, while ultrasonic cleaning and demagnetization guarantee internal cleanliness.
We focus on major excavator brands such as SANY, XCMG, and LIUGONG, with strong demand from Belt and Road countries. Every month, we develop new motor shafts and 5–8 new excavator gear models, ensuring that our product line evolves with the global market.
Even though many imported motor housings on the market are refurbished parts—especially in Guangzhou, where up to 80% are dismantled components—we emphasize transparency and encourage customers to verify availability of genuine new housings for brands such as Komatsu and Caterpillar.
