Hitachi machines often operate in high-humidity or coastal environments. We use a dual-layer material strategy to combat "rust-through":
Structural Shell: 1.5mm Cold-Rolled Steel Plate. This heavy-duty gauge is significantly thicker than standard aftermarket options, providing the rigidity needed to handle the high-frequency vibrations of the ZX-series.
Thermal Core: 80g Al-Si Coating (Aluminized Steel). The 80g aluminum layer provides a superior barrier against oxidation and prevents the internal baffles from degrading under high-temperature exhaust flow.
2. 14-Stage Precision Manufacturing
To ensure the complex internal geometry of Hitachi's noise-reduction system is maintained, we follow a rigorous 6-step process:
Precision Cutting: CNC-controlled blanking for exact tolerance.
14-Stage Stamping: A specialized 14-step deep-drawing process. This reinforces the structural ribs and shapes the internal chambers to match OEM noise-damping specifications.
Mechanical Pressing: Ensures the muffler body perfectly matches the original Hitachi mounting brackets for a "bolt-on" installation.
Acoustic Assembly: Precision-aligned internal tubes to maintain engine efficiency and fuel economy.
Reinforced Welding: High-penetration seams to prevent leaks under high turbocharger pressure.
Advanced Surface Treatment: * Phosphating: Chemical cleaning to prevent base-metal rust.
High-Temp Coating: Finished with professional High-Temperature Resistant Paint that withstands heat up to 600°C without peeling or discoloration.
