Suitable for Komatsu, Caterpillar, Daewoo, Volvo, and SANY, all teeth are manufactured using closed-die forging technology, ensuring superior strength, wear resistance, and durability over cast alternatives.
This series includes both RC (Rock Chisel) and TL (Tiger) types, optimized for different digging conditions, from soft soil to hard rock.
Unlike traditional cast teeth, forged bucket teeth are formed under high pressure and temperature, which aligns the internal grain structure and eliminates porosity. This results in:
