Since we started replacing our OEM idlers every 8 months, we installed these heavy-duty assemblies 14 months ago and they're still running! The triple-seal system has eliminated our contamination issues in the quarry. These idlers handle 12-hour days of heavy loading without ever gaining any play. Our maintenance cost is down by 35%.
We work in marshland where water tears up regular idlers in a few weeks' time. These units have gone 6 months with zero lubrication problems whatsoever.
