Cylinder Tube: Cold-drawn ST52.3 / E355 carbon steel, honed to an internal roughness of for reduced friction.
Piston Rod: 40Cr or 42CrMo alloy steel, precision ground and induction hardened.
Chrome Plating: Hard chrome coated thickness), delivering surface hardness of HV850-1050 to resist pitting and scoring.
Sealing System: Outfitted with original NOK or Hallite seal kits
Operating Pressure: Rated working pressure of 34.3 MPa (350 Bar), with factory proof testing up to 45 MPa.
The piston rod undergoes strict centerless grinding and induction hardening before the chrome plating process. This step is critical—it ensures the rod doesn't bend or score when the bucket hits hard rock, protecting the internal seals from premature tearing.
We utilize heavy-wall seamless tubing that is roller-burnished to a mirror finish. Paired with a multi-lip seal configuration (including a high-durability dust wiper and buffer seal), our cylinders prevent oil bypass even during prolonged heavy-lifting cycles.
To prevent structural shocking to the excavator's frame, our cylinders feature integrated cushioning mechanisms. This dampens the impact when the arm or bucket reaches full extension, extending both the cylinder life and the linkage pin life.
